Hannah Caldwell, an Oregon native, was born in Springfield, OR and was raised in the Portland metropolitan area. She attended the University of Oregon and attained a degree in International Studies. She has worked in an array of professions from service to non-profit to financial management.

In 2020, Hannah decided to make the transition to real estate. She already had a passion for real estate investment and with her combined skills, knew she could provide exceptional service for her community. Hannah’s clients are “clients for life” because there is no challenge too difficult to overcome. Even if that means helping them move out at 9:00 at night or mowing the lawn at her listing in the early hours of the morning. The reward of seeing her clients achieve their goals of buying their first home, or settling into their dream home is one of Hannah’s greatest joys.

In her spare time, Hannah is soaking up her other role as a new mama. Her husband, baby boy and their dog Summit enjoy hiking or rock climbing on the weekends, or cuddling up with a good book in the fall. She looks forward to serving you!
