We began a search for a new home with Isaac 3 years ago, when we … were unsure whether we wanted a larger home in the suburbs, or a home on land. Isaac patiently and diligently guided us through this process of weighing our options and determining what would be our best move. He was always happy to show us the newest home on the market in either of these scenarios as we determined our best next move. He always provided thoughtful and insightful feedback about each property and its potential for our family, never trying to push us into a home to gain a quick commission, but obviously providing assessments that showed his genuine interest in us finding the best home to meet our needs. Again, in this situation which had the potential to be very stressful, Isaac provided those excellent skills in understanding the market and which home at what purchase price would allow us the margin to make the necessary improvements and realize a worthwhile return on our investment. His knowledge and advice regarding the best use of our repair budget was instrumental in the sale of that home at our asking price to the first person who viewed it.
