In the time that we were looking for a new primary residence, Isaac also helped us in the purchase and sale of a “fix and flip” property. Again, in this situation which had the potential to be very stressful, Isaac provided those excellent skills in understanding the market and which home at what purchase price would allow us the margin to make the necessary improvements and realize a worthwhile return on our investment. His knowledge and advice regarding the best use of our repair budget was instrumental in the sale of that home at our asking price to the first person who viewed it. Needless to say, we couldn’t be happier with the way that investment turned out, and it was due in very large part to Isaac’s role in the purchase, renovation, and sale of that home.
What impresses us about Isaac’s negotiation skills is that he is very good at assessing the situation of the other party in the transaction and not afraid to act in the best interest of his client at all times, but whether we were low-balling a seller or turning down the requests of a buyer, Isaac handled all negotiations with his upbeat, friendly personality, not taking things personally, but handling everything very professionally. That is a hard balance to strike.
