I had an ideal experience working with Victoria Whitman while buying my first home. She is especially skilled at looking at homes with a critical eye, often spotting potential issues before (much more expensive inspectors) were brought in. I truly felt like she was advocating for me, at one earlier point in the process even convincing me to bid lower on a home I almost overbid for. She knows quite a bit about the Eugene market, is very responsive, and when it came to making offers, really pushed me to be more demanding and ask for more than I would have on my own (and I got it). She is professional, yet amicable. I can’t recommend her enough.
